*Qualifications include but are not limited to:*
* Minimum 2 years multi-family experience.
* High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
* Ability to motivate and train a large team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
* Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
* Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
* Experience with Entrata is preferred.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.
e.
the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
* Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
* Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
* Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
* Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
* Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
* Conducting final interviews and hiring of all property employees under the direction of the Regional Manager.
* Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always, for yourself and all property employees.
* Leasing of the property by ensuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel.
* Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
* Ensuring that personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.
* Ensuring required reports are completed and submitted when due.
