Job Summary
The Gatton College of Business and Economics is seeking a Recruiting Director to support the undergraduate enrollment efforts of the college.
The Gatton Recruiting Director will work closely with the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, Director of Marketing and Communications and the Undergraduate Resource Center (URC) to develop and implement a recruiting plan to attract high quality students to the Gatton College, including our Global Scholars, Social Enterprise and SEAM Honors programs.
The primary responsibility of the Gatton recruiter is to promote the college to admission counselors and prospective students.
This role involves significant travel and a flexible work schedule as many recruiting events occur outside of Lexington and during evenings and weekends.
The Gatton recruiter also works with our marketing department in designing promotional item and teams up with others in the URC to plan and implement student programs and events.
Over the last five years our student body has grown by 30% and we are poised for continual improvement in student quality.
The Undergraduate Resource Center in the Gatton College is comprised of nearly 20 professionals who work closely with the Graham Office of Career Management in preparing students to translate their curricular and co-curricular experiences into 21st century careers.
