Elliot Construction Company, Inc.
is looking for a talented and entrepreneurial individual to lead our Central Region Fleet program.
Responsibilities of this position include management of all rented, leased, and owned equipment and the execution of a variety of reporting to maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
This employee will be responsible for managing not only teams but also individuals who are responsible for the execution of compliance inspections, repairs, and procurement of equipment and supplies.
A stand-out candidate will have experience in tracking and reporting on miscellaneous data, managing employees in a positive and energetic manner, and creating and executing department policies and programs.
Necessary Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Successful at navigating multiple projects at once
Ability to create and improve processes
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily focusing on Excel
Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required
Previous management experience
Previous experience in logistics, fleet management, or equipment management preferred
