The Vice President of Loan Servicing manages loan servicing functions for existing mortgage and commercial loan portfolios.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manages loan servicing customer service, loan setup, payment processing, escrow management, loan modification, collection and delinquency processes for mortgage, SBA Micro and small business expansion loans.
Ensures compliance with loan servicing requirements and regulations.
* Manager loan servicing software and stays abreast of all updates and new technologies.
Trains other staff as necessary on highest and best uses of loan servicing software features and benefits.
* Ensures exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Prepares for and responds to internal and third-party audits.
Ensures monthly and quarterly reporting is completed accurately and on schedule.
Supervises loan servicing staff and trains employees on processes and compliance requirements.
Implements quality control processes.
* Ensures accurate loan setup on the servicing system and manages all payment processing activities.
Provides direct post TA and counselling to clients that may need assistance in keeping loan payments current.
* Works with and manages third party vendors.
* Facilitates and manages disbursements on SBA Micro, small business expansion, and mortgage loans.
* Prepares packages for the sale of mortgage loans to the secondary market.
* Performs portfolio risk analysis quarterly.
* Works with Quality Control to evaluate internal processes, identify best practices, documents recommendations for improvements, obtains approvals, updates policy manuals and ensures implementation of controls where needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, candidate must have 5 years of loan servicing management experience.

Pay: $75,000.
