Our West Virginia office projects involve roadway, bridge, and traffic design projects.

com Responsibilities: You will lead our expanding highway design team located across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky Build effective client relationships by working collaboratively with the client & multi-discipline teams Prepare and complete engineering designs that are responsive to project needs Complete tasks within the assigned schedule and budget Develop project design criteria, calculations, details, and estimates Mentor staff in the advancement of Highway design Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
10-15 years of experience in highway design.
Experience and familiarity with the West Virginia Division of Highways Directives is a plus.
Proficiency in computer-aided design using MicroStation and ORD.
Strong technical background with expertise in highway design, cost estimation, and specification preparation.
Proven experience managing staff and coordinating with clients.
PE in Kentucky is required; West Virginia and Ohio are a plus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members Able to wear GPI required PPE, i.
