Job Summary
The University of Kentucky Athletics Business Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Athletic Business Operations.
This position reports to the Associate AD for Business Operations and will assist in leading the day-to day operations of the business office.
These functions are to assist in the operation and maintenance of fiscal internal controls through daily review of all transactions processed in our department.
This review will require not only knowledge of University Rules, but NCAA and SEC rules as well.
Will also be the direct supervisor for the Athletics Accounting Coordinator and responsible for hiring and managing all student workers.
This position will also serve as our Database Administrator and the primary day-to-day contact with Amazon Business, Active Network, Expensify and PNC support teams.
It will manage and monitor all systems and activity to ensure proper policies and procedures have been followed.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Expensify, Active, PNC Debit Card systems, and Blackbaud.

Preferred Education/Experience
6 years of professional experience in the Athletics industry with a business focus is strongly preferred.
