Ability to spot and supervise stunting and elite level dance skills.

Job Summary
The Head Dance Coach at the University of Kentucky coordinates all dance program; including student-athlete development, behavior and academic progress, organizes practices and workouts in preparation for nationals competition as well as home and away games, and other appearances.
Oversees all financial aspects of budgeting and scholarship management with oversight of the immediate supervisor.
Recruits prospective students and manages all Kentucky Dance camps and clinics.
Oversees team members and dance assistant coaches.
Manages team policies and procedures in accordance with Athletic Department, University, NCAA, SEC, UDA and USA Dance guidelines in conjunction with immediate supervisor and Senior Women administrator.
Must be able to comply with all SEC, University and NCAA rules and regulations.
