Job Summary
This position will oversee all Ryan White housing service programming within the Bluegrass Care Clinic.
They must have a high-level knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and resources related to housing.
The Housing Coordinator is responsible for enrolling unstably housed and homeless clients in housing services, assessing their needs, and providing intensive follow up services, including regular monitoring of clients’ housing service plans and goals.
They will document all program activities and ensure they are in line with HRSA and UK guidelines as well as housing best practices.
This position is responsible for making timely payments to housing and utility vendors, as well as keeping spending within budgeted amounts.
The Housing Coordinator will supervise the Emergency Financial Assistance (EFA) coordinator, and oversee EFA policies and procedures as well.
This person will serve as a member of the Ryan White Program’s leadership, and collaborate with work units, departments, and community agencies to ensure successful program outcomes.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows, Experience with databases; Comprehensive knowledge of Ryan White and Housing Programming.

Preferred Education/Experience
MA in Sociology, Psychology, Human Development, Family Studies, and experience in the housing programs.
