The *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* is responsible for providing excellent service and support to Baumann Paper’s customers.
CSRs help customers with complaints and questions, provide customers with information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
They always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
CSRs manage customer queries and utilize knowledge and skills to assist customers with their needs.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*
_To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails.
* Keep up-to-date contact information for customers within the organization’s system(s).
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and customers to formulate solutions for issues with outstanding orders.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of all products.
* Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Perform other duties as may be assigned.
*Education, Experience and Other Requirements:*
* 1 year of experience in customer service.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar.
